Apple Mail denies to add 9th email account in iPhone 11 pro

Referred device is iPhone 11 pro, iOS 15.3.1. I have already configured 11 Google email IDs. All corporate email accounts in google workspaces. But not sure want happened when I tried reconfiguring the email accounts. It allowed adding 8 email IDs and it denied to add any more email accounts. It prompted "You're signed in to the maximum number of accounts. To use another account, sign out of all Google accounts on this device.".

I tried signing out from all accounts and tried adding the email accounts again. It ended with the same result.

I have done enough web research without any luck.

Does anyone know a solution for the issue.

Yes, I am trying to add 9th Google account. All are corporate email IDs hosted in Google workspaces. Google says there is no limit to number of google accounts that can be added to a device. Actually apple mail works fine on my iPad with 12 email accounts. It was working fine on my iPhone too with 11 email accounts till I tried resetting and reconfiguring all the accounts again.
