Icloud drive

icloud drive is using over 20GB+ of my iphone storage..

my icloud drive from my files is empty.

please help how to clear it as it is using my storage

Try Settings, your name, iCloud

Turn off iCloud Drive.

Restart the phone.

If that does not fix it then, leaving iCloud drive turned off,

Backup, restore to factory, and restore from backup

If you can import your media to Photos or iTunes in a computer and copy important documents to a cloud server it will give you some resilience in case the restore from backup fails.
