iPhone 12 Pro Max not showing in Find My iPhone

Hello

I have 12 pro max in my 13 pro max settings

but it’s not in find my iPhone

why ?

You need to have FindMy enabled on both devices. All that shows is that you have two devices attached to your iCloud account.


If memory serves, one of the devices was lost or stolen. It's likely powered off, not connected to a network, or FindMy is off. As such, it will not display in FindMy. It remains in your account unless you remove it.
