I have a new iPhone 13 Pro Max 2022 version, I has a 7 plus. I can’t get it to save a voicemail greeting. I never saw a “Set up now” prompt. I get error messages when I try to save the new greeting. If someone calls me it says I haven’t set up voicemail. Not sure what to do.

Your new phone may not be provisioned to use voicemail, contact your phone carrier to resolve the issue.
