I have upgraded my storage but still the storage is full what should i do?

There is no way to upgrade the storage on your phone; it will never have more storage than it did when you bought it. You updated iCloud storage, which is used for backing up and also for syncing content between Apple devices (and Windows with iCloud for Windows installed).
