What if your iphone won’t let you reset it

my iPhone won’t let me sign out or reset the phone I tried the storage but it says it’s full when I deleted everything and it won’t let me update the software

I need to update my iPhone but there is not enough space for an update so I can neither update it or restore it. I need to reset my iPhone after it got blocked. tried to do this with my MacBook and iTunes. but now it says that my gotta be updated first but it doesn't has enough space for an update? so what should I do?

To sign out you must disable Screen Time.
