I can't upgrade iMovie to version that can load on Catalina 10.15. Any other ideas?
I followed previous advice. I confirmed that I had already purchased it, logged on and off of Store.
Here is what I see.
Mac mini, macOS 10.15

The procedure to obtain an iMovie download that is the highest that your operating system will run is as follows:
To update/redownload iMovie 10, drag your iMovie 10 app from the Applications folder into the trash, but do not empty the trash. Sign in to the app store and open your purchases folder by clicking on your name at the bottom of the app store side bar. You will see your purchases displayed, including iMovie 10. Redownload/update iMovie from there. If not successful, drag your present iMovie app out of the trash (if you moved it there) and return it to the Applications folder.

RESOLVED - 2 things.
Deleting iMovie then looking for purchase in Store didn't work the 1st time.
I restarted Mac and repeated sequence and it worked fine.
Running 10.2.5 now
Great. Glad it got solved.
