Cancel Subsciption on NOTES FOR APPLE WATCH

Hello everyone.

I am new to IPHONE, recently switched platforms, however i have installed an app NOTES FOR APPLE WATCH on my iphone and i was informed from my bank that there was an attempt for in app purchase.

Though my card has been blocked from my bank in order to reuse my card i have to cancel the my active Subscription on my iTunes, which i checked and this is the only app active.

Tried to unsubscribe but there is no Cancel button in the end of the page. I need some advice and assistance on how to cancel this app and delete permanently !
