Hi there, Last 2 days ago I wanted to install the adobe acrobat DC application but can't install and the attachment is showing (have a look please) and I can't shut down my Macbook.
Please, anyone, help me with how can I stop the installation process and can be shutdown my MacBook.

Hold down the power button for about 10 seconds until the Mac shuts down.
