Apple Repair didn't fix my AirPods, what can I do next?

i dropped my airpod pros off at the apple store for a repair because they kept disconnecting and glitching, when i put one in the other would pause. they said they would repair them and ship them back to me for free because of my warranty. i got them back today and they still have the exact same problem. what do i do

B. Verify the Balance:

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: General
  3. Tap: Accessibility
  4. Scroll Down: to Hearing
  5. Adjust: the audio volume balance
