I can only use Apple Mail with hotspot, not home wifi
Safari and Apple Mail will not load anything when I'm on my home wifi. They both work when I use my mobile hotspot. I get the lightning bolt and warning on Apple Mail.

You are using your mobile hotspot as a router when it is accessed as a hotspot. This seems to mean that your home WiFi router configuration is causing the problem -- have you changed the settings in the router? When did it last work, and what changed since then?
