I’m only 8 months of use my 6 series watch battery doesn’t last a day use.

Need a new battery for Apple Watch! It won’t last a day’s work

since it's under warranty then if it was me then I would turn it in with apple

they promise 18 hours Apple Watch - Battery - Apple

and or

Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple
