How can I get my Safari on the bottom by email tab?

I need Safari icon on bottom of page by e-mail icon

iPad Pro, iPadOS 15

I assume you mean on the Dock. Open the Applications folder. Then drag the Safari icon down to the Dock and an alias icon will be created there.
