How do I get purchased songs from I tunes store account onto my iPhone 13 pro max, there on my I pad, but don’t show up on my phone.

Is your iPhone logged in to that account in Settings->Account(top of settings)->Media & Purchases?
If so, then follow the steps here to re-download your purchases: link-> Redownload music - Apple Support
