Visa card problem

Hi guys I’ve got problem with Visa card. I bought anything with my Visa card until got this problem a few mins ago how can I solve this problem?

Can u show me how to fix my current Visa card? Coz I have no another Visa card I just want to use my this one and I shud fix and buy something asap coz it’s dead line is almost over
