One AirPod is more quite than the other
Has anyone had a problem with one AirPod more quite than the other one? If so how did you fix it.

Low volume is normally a symptom of needing to be cleaned:
How to clean your AirPods, AirPods Pro, AirPods Max, and EarPods
If no help, check the balance:
Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual and scroll down to “Balance L vs R” (Adjust the audio volume balance) and make changes.
