Iphone 11 volume

I am so extremely disappointed with the sound quality on my iphone 11. I’ve had it almost a year and a half but never expected the quality to drop so harshly so quickly. I can barely hear anything I play even on full volume. If i’d have known my iphone 11 would be this short lasting i’d have gone for a samsung. I can’t afford to buy a new phone and i’m expecting this one to last me at least 3 years but with the way it’s going I hardly doubt that. Extremely disappointed
