idmsa.apple.com refused to connect.

Using chrome on windows 11 I keep getting idmsa.apple.com refused to connect while trying to open tv.apple.com. I do not use a vpn on this computer. I can open it with Microsoft Edge. After doing a search for the issue, it seems a lot of people have this problem (for years) but there are no fixes on the error.. only more questions about the problem.

MacBook failing to reach Adobe servers Hello, My MacBook Pro showed an error connecting to adobe servers whichever Adobe service I tried to use (Creative Cloud, website, adobe communities etc,..). The firewall settings are turned off on my Mac and as far as I can tell I don't have any proxies on my current network. My iPhone does load and browse the adobe website correctly so I'm assuming some setting is causing the domain to be untrusted or unreachable? Any help on getting this resolved is much appreciated. tv.apple.com cannot sign in from browser I cannot sign in to tv.apple.com from browser (have tried Chrome and Explorer) to access my AppleTV+ content. I get a message"idmsa.apple.com refused to connect." See image. Help please.

Safari Not working with VPN on since Ventura update. Since installing Ventura, I cant connect to ANY sites if my Norton VPN is on. Switching VPN off allows it all to load perfectly as usual. Obviously this defeats the object of having VPN. No other browsers are affected. Firefox and Chrome work fine wiht VPN. I prefer Safari but looks like its the end of the road for me with Safari. Always problems after upgrades. Anyone else have this problem?

It doesn't work on Windows 10 with Chrome, but Chrome Incognito allows it to login.

I was able to login in Edge only by opening as a new private window.

This also works in Firefox.

Somehow stricter security allows access. Strange.
