My MacBook Pro appears top be "locked-up". When I attempt to use it the screen will light up but will not allow me to move beyond the open screen. There is a "cancel "message on the lower center screen with an X in a circle. I twill not function.?
How can I alter the "cancel" message" or otherwise get my computer to shut down or turn on?
