I can’t find My old backup
about 2 weeks age I must to restore my phone and I didn’t have internet and after 2 days I want to download my backup but ….

If your backup was completed properly, you can locate it from an iOS device or from your a computer as described in Locate backups of your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:
Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud.
Tap Manage Storage, then tap Backups.
Tap a backup to see more details about it, choose which information to back up, or delete the backup.
