I have an old Apple TV, on its Apps store there is no YouTube .

The Apple TV (3rd generation or earlier) do not have YouTube anymore, and these models do not have an App Store. YouTube stopped supporting these models.
The Apple TV (4th generation or later, tvOS 12 or later) do have the YouTube app in their App Store.
