This Apple ID has been locked for security reasons.

Everything was cool, updated to ios 15.4, after a reboot, your phone is locked, you need to enter data from Apple id, there is data, but it writes, apple id is deactivated, you need to log in through the site, but I can’t, because backup mail is mail which is deactivated.
