IOS 15.3.1 Time function on remiders dissapearing

I set a reminder for a specific date and time. After a few seconds the "time" turns itself off.

What email account are you syncing reminders to? Some account types don’t support time settings for reminders. Go to Settings/Reminders/Accounts to see; ideally, you should only have iCloud active.
