iPhone SE(2020) Live Wallpaper

Is it possible to use a Live Photo as a wallpaper on the iPhone SE 2nd Generation? If not, then why?

Unfortunately, it is only possible to use Dynamic and Still Wallpapers.

I do not know why iPhone SE 2020 does not have the Live Wallpaper feature, only Apple can answer that.
