Finding a download on ipad
Completed a gov.uk form online, clicked download when asked and cannot now find it anywhere. Used google chrome. Searched downloads and iCloud Drive. Any ideas?

Chrome has its own folder where it stores downloads. In the Files App, tap on "On My iPad" in the Locations panel on the left, then look for the Chrome folder. The download should be there if it completed.
Also make sure you confirmed the download in Chrome. When a download starts, there should be a small panel at the bottom with the download and the word "Download" in blue. You need to tap that to actually start the download.

That was so simple when you know how! Trying to copy it to email it to someone took a bit of doing, but got there in the end. Many thanks.
Did you check the Files app? If this was a pdf file and you have Adobe Acrobat reader, it could be in a folder with that title.
This is interesting to know. While I've downloaded a few things on the iPad, I don't use Chrome on the iPad, even though I use it on the computer. I'll have to remember this. I appreciate that hint.
