Solo Loop Breaks, Again.

This is the second breakage I've experienced with the Apple Watch Solo Loop. When the first loop broke, the watch fell onto my concrete floor garage floor and shattered the watch. I had to buy another watch as Apple would not replace it.


First time the watch band broke, I thought maybe it was just a one off. After the second time, I suspect these are not made as well as needed for intended use. I took my broken Solo Loop pieces back to Apple Park Visitor Center in Cupertino where I bought it 7 months ago. When their store agent told me I have to take it to an Apple store staffed with Genius and they can sort it out, I told her no way I'm going to another store; I bought it here and I want it refunded. After a few minutes, a manager assured me they will take care of it, giving me a store credit as I will definitely NOT buy yet another one of these Solo Loops.
