I can't create a playlist because I am supposed to merge my cloud music library, but it just spins and spins and spins. I quit Apple Music, go back into it again and it still is just spinning. Can someone please help me?
How many tracks in your library? When you first enable Sync Library as part of Apple Music the software has to scan your entire library and all of its playlists to match/upload your tracks and playlists. This can be a fairly large task, although it shouldn't really bring up the spinning wheel.

Well that's not right. Try holding down option+cmd as you launch Music to open it in its safe mode which might potentially help.

I've got something like 12 albums, maybe 60 songs. It's spinning for several hours.
