Delete my daily activity

Once im in setting's, > screen time > see all activity > most used, there's one that pops up and I'd like to delete because I no longer have that app? or perhaps everything. Is there a way to clear up my activity?

Need help deleting an app i need help deleting the app. In short, when I go to delete the app, it does not show the delete app option. Additionally, I can’t go through (screen time>Content and privacy restrictions>I tune and app purchases> delete app) way. Is there any other way I can delete an app? It would be preferred if there was a way to turn on the delete app feature without needing the screen time passcode. Thx!

No. You need to turn off Screen Time.
