Setting time to run a Shortcuts

Hello everyone. I set a shortcuts to call at a specific location, and now I want to set it to call at a specific time. However, I find there is no way to set the time that past midnight. The setup won't even let me go back to finish the setup. Is there anyway to get around, or would Apple go fix this?

Seems normal if the time set within the same day.

Can't go back to continue the setup if the time is beyond midnight.
