iPhone 11 Pro Max: rear camera may be changed

Hello! The rear camera on my iPhone was changed, the repair was made under warranty. After a while, I connected the phone to the computer and through the 3uTools program I received a message about replacing the camera, the serial numbers and production date are different. Would like to know if this is normal? I thought Apple left no trace of repair, and replacement information should not be displayed.

Thank you for your reply! Already dealt with this issue. Yes, they returned the same phone.

Thanks. We're just curious because often the assumption made is that Apple or AASPs don't actually replace the camera in the same device, but do it as a complete swap. Then it would actually go in for repair where the device would just be passed on to the next customer needing a swapped device. I've even called an AASP that said they couldn't do an in-store camera replacement, and that they would be ordering a replacement iPhone from Apple in exchange for the iPhone with the damaged camera.
