iCloud storage payment declined

Hi. Apple stated that theres a problem with my icloud subscription payment. However i tried to use the same payment method and card to do in-app purchase and it was successful. I also deleted and updated the card details through safari and phone settings, restarted my phone and its still the same. What should i do next?
