Unable to sign in my Apple ID

I bought a new iPhone 12 Max Pro and apparently, I cannot sign into my Apple ID. I already have an ID that I was using for my older phone. Even the sign-in buttons seem inactive or deactivated. How do I solve this and begin to use my new iPhone?

That's a little weird, you need to Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
