Charger easily falls out of port

You can simply get another USB-C charging cable since all other devices plug in securely.

Perhaps this is a Faulty Device?

If this easily falling out, then there may be some out-of-the box hardware issue. You have a one-year, out-of-the-box, limited warranty. So, contact Apple Support, and have this looked at.
