Disable Cellular - Use WiFi:

I see that you care connected using Cellular. You cannot upgrade an iPhone 6 through Cellular. So, try doing so through use of WiFi.

Upgrading iPhone 6 Plus Past iOS12:

This is not an Option:

You iPhone model (6 Plus) is incompatible with iOS13 and/or iOS14  and/or iOS15. This is because your iPhone model (6 Plus)does not meet the hardware requirements for this iOS version(s). So, you may need to get a SIM card made for iOS12 and/or before.

Go to Settings > General > About > Version. If it says 12.5.5 that is as high as your phone can go, it does not have sufficient RAM to run iOS 13 or later and you cannot add RAM. You will need a newer phone

An iPhone 6 cannot be upgraded past iOS 12.5.5. If you need to run apps that require a newer version of iOS, you will need to upgrade your iPhone to a newer model.
