Can I receive WhatsApp messages on my cellular watch even if my iPhone is switched off. I am using watch app on my watch

WristChat
others of a similar nature

These are 3rd party Apple Watch apps that work with WhatsApp.

I say I am using Apple Watch series 7 and it is a cellular watch I have installed watchchat 2 on my watch will I get what's app messages on my watch even if my iPhone is switched off
