You say my purchase refunded but I didn’t get any in my account

If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item.

It might take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund.

If you don't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution. 

My purchase was refunded yet the money has not reflected in my account and it's more than 30 days. I'm feeling very sad about this and hope I'll get feedback as soon as possible. Thank you
