Changing billing address

OK, i found the solution. It is NOT in the Apple.com https://appleid.apple.com as some replies have stated.

Login to iTunes. Find your account settings in the Account menu choice - View My Account. There you will find editing capability in the Apple ID Summary.

Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit your Apple ID details.

I had the exact same problem. I can't see where you can change the billing address. It's greyed out and doesn't appear to be editable.

Can you be more specific? When I go to Payment Methods the Billing address info is greyed out/uneditable. Do I have to delete payment method? Using Apple Pay as payment method and Safari browser on iPad to edit AppleID if that makes any difference.
