Apple Music will not load - it gives the following error code app.js[2101:16]
New M1 Max MBP16", been subscribed for years. Tried restart, running safe mode, nothing helps.
Anyone know what this code means? They still take my $10 every month like clockwork.

Try holding down both option+cmd as you launch Music to open it in its own safe mode. Any change?
If not see if you're able to use the option-start-Music method to create a new library.
Alternatively test behaviour in a new user profile.

It is a bit of drag to have to move everything to a new user profile, but if it works then that might be the easiest workaround. You could reach out to Apple Support in case they have a more targeted fix.

I tried what you said and very interestingly, it wouldn't start in Safe Mode, creating a new library didn't work, but setting up a new account did. But it still won't start up with my primary user account. Do I just switch accounts? I should be able to figure it out from here. I hate to waste your time. Thanks again!
