has anyone else experienced iPhone 11 Pro vertical green lines? and is it true they can be damaging to skin ? this is disturbing. and does anyone know how much I will be forced to pay to fix it if phone out of warranty from 2020?

Green lines or dots on a screen is hardware fail, probably the screen.
They are not damaging to health.
Yes you will pay for any repairs outside of the 12 month warranty or the 24 month AppleCare+ period.
