My iPhone has my friend’s appleid saved in my phone
How do I go about getting his password cause I don’t know where he went

The only way to get his password is to get it from your friend.
Where are you seeing his Apple ID? App updates? If that is where you are seeing his Apple ID, delete the app(s), restart, and then download it again if desired.
If necessary, if you are the original owner, contact Apple. Apple can remove the ID if provided the required paperwork to include the original purchase receipt with the serial number on it.

You used to be able to take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store (if it has reopened) and have them remove the ID. This may have changed, so call the store before going to make sure they can help.
