Full screen display for incoming calls - displays for all but one contact

Hello,

I recently switched from a Samsung S21 Ultra to an iPhone 13 and am having trouble with one contact.

I have deleted the contact and re-entered it multiple times, I have edited the picture, made duplicates, resized, used different pictures, as well as completely reset my phone settings . I cannot seem to get a full picture display on incoming calls for this one contact. I have been able to fix this issue for multiple contact but i cant seem to figure this one out.

Any ideas ?

Hi SaraMac88,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. First, let's go to Settings > Phone > Incoming Calls, and make sure its set to "Full Screen". Next, is that contact synced to another service, like Google or Yahoo? If so, go to Contacts and delete that contact. Then go to Settings > Contacts > and change the default account to iCloud. Re-add that contact, and have them call you. Let us know the outcome, and we can go from there if needed.

Perfect! It worked. My issues was that I had my email as the primary service. I deleted the contact, changed the primary to my iCloud and re-added the contact and it worked perfectly!
