I accidentally sent in my two iPhone 13 Pro Max for trade in

I accidentally sent in my two 13pro maxsfor trad in. I would like to get my phones back.

You will need to contact the third-party that Apple uses to evaluate your phones. They should have been in contact with you ever since you opted to use the Apple Trade-in process. Most likely, by email.


Alternatively, you can wait until they complete the evaluation. They will contact you at this time as well. You can then choose to not accept the trade-in value offered. Doing so, they would ship the phones back to you at no cost.
