iPhone voicemail delay
I am having voicemail delays of up to 12 hours from original call / voicemail in a iPhone 13 with latest upgrade to iOS

Contact your carrier. Voicemail is a carrier feature. The voicemail is on your carrier's servers, and they send the notification. Make sure you do not have Notifications set for Scheduled Summary so they deliver immediately.
