I can't add credit cards to apple pay on Macbook
Error says verification not available. I have signed in and out of my icloud and this still occurs.
The cards are added on my iPhone.
Any advice?

My cards are added to & work on my iPhone
I have latest iOS
My region is supported for Apple Pay, it works on my iPhone
I have latest MacBook Pro M1 so it os be supported
There are no service outages
The message is “verification not available” has been like this for a week
i have signed in and out of account, no help.
