IPhone 7 Plus keypad sounds have disappeared

How do I get in touch with apple for them to fix the issue with the keypad sounds? It’s very difficult for me to type without auditory feedback from the keypad. I’ve tried every troubleshooting steps I found online including resetting my phone. I know it’s a problem with the system because:

1. The keypad sounds are there when I’m using earphones; and
2. The keypad sounds return when I get text notifications (like they become audible for the entire duration of the “ping” tone)

I tried asking in this community before and all I got was a response from a fellow user insisting I shouldn’t want to have the keypad sounds. I cannot be clearer: I WANT TO HEAR THE KEYPAD SOUNDS. I NEED THE AUDITORY FEEDBACK FROM THE KEYPAD. I CANNOT GET IN TOUCH WITH APPLE. PLEASE SOMEONE FIX THIS IT HAS BEEN MONTHS.
