My iPhone 6's Wifi and Bluetooth are greyed out

My iPhone 6's Wifi and Bluetooth are greyed out. When I try to reset, it freezes and I have to restart settings. When I restore it through iTunes, it gives me error 4010. How do I restore it?

If both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are greyed out that indicates that the radio chip in the phone has failed. This is an unrecoverable hardware failure; the only way Apple will fix it is to replaced the phone for their standard repair fee→Apple - Support - Service Answer Center

You may be able to find an independent service shop who can replace the chip, but it sounds like there are other problems with your phone also.
