Reset the Home Screen Layout:

If widgets are not working as they should, then you need to reset the Home Screen Layout...

Go Here: Move and Organize Apps on iPhone - Apple Support

You'd have to add back all the widgets that you can recall being back on there. So, write down what is currently on the Home Screen.

Scroll to: Reset the Home Screen and Apps to their Original Layout

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: General
3. Tap: Reset
4. Tap: Reset Home Screen Layout
5. Then... Add the apps back

Yes, it works, but it’s a pretty drastic solution for anyone who has carefully arranged their Home screen and probably set up meaningful folders, as it will undo all of that work.

The less invasive solution is to go to the App Library (the last page of the Home screen), search for the Wallet, and drag it back to wherever you want it on the Home screen.

You might want to look in your App Library, which can be accessed by swiping left on the Home Screen until a screen pops up with app folders sorted by categories. If it is inside the App Library, press and hold until it stars wiggling, then drag right to the Home Screen.
