NBC/USA app both fail to launch after 1 use

Anyone know why ( on all 3 of my Apple Tvs( 2- 4K & 1 HD) both the NBC & USA app will work after I install it but once I quit it/shut the Apple TV off, neither of the apps will launch successfully. NBC launches to blank grey screen and USA launches to a black screen with a white vertical line in the middle of the screen, forcing me to delete & download each app again each time I want to watch Blacklist or some other series. What the heck is going on? Happens to both my 1st Gen Apple TV 4K devices & my 1 Apple TV HD.
