When I am downloading something there is error that your account and iTunes are disabled

When I downloading any app there is always showing a error that is “ your Account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes”

Apple ID Disabled:

First, you need to reset your Apple ID password.

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," contact Apple Support for help. 
