Hello! I'm sorry to disturb you, but there have been incidents regarding the subscription to the Busuu app (learning English). I signed up for a trial subscription for a week for free, after a week, without warning, they charged me the amount for a premium subscription for a year in the amount of $78. Firstly, it was without warning and a reminder so that I could cancel the trial period and now, in war conditions, I absolutely do not need a subscription to English courses. Yes, it’s my fault that I didn’t keep track, but I sincerely hope for your understanding of this situation, that there is a war in Ukraine and I can’t allocate $ 78 from my family and money for food for a subscription. I beg you to enter into my position and, if possible, return the funds and withdraw the subscription, since I have not used and will not use the services of the application since the money was debited (today April 9 at 13:58).
